LD Spears Ministries, LLC was established in 2015 to assist in educating Christians through various methods. After years of employment in higher education and Christian education, Rev. Dr. Lori Spears sought to provide consultation services for non-profits and churches through topics such as the development of cell groups, budgeting, organizational development, strategic planning, and leadership training.
As an expert in her field, Dr. Spears pushes boundaries, elevates expectations, and promotes change. At the forefront of developing ministry educational tools, she ensures that churches and non-profits can accomplish their goals in a structured way.
